Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If you’ve made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best — but as orders go straight into production, changes are not guaranteed.

Will my order come in a gift box?
Yes – all necklaces and bracelets arrive in a beautiful, gift-ready box.
If you order multiple items, they’ll be packed together to reduce waste. If you’d like separate boxes, just leave us a note at checkout.
Do you offer personalisation?
