Shipping policy
Processing Times
We aim to process all orders within 3-5 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Options and Delivery Times
Currently, we only ship within the United States
Standard Shipping (Free on Orders $75+):
- Carrier: Poland Post, then USPS once it reaches the US border
- Estimated Delivery Time: Up to 30 days
- Cost: $8 (free on orders over $75)
- Security: Tracking included, signature required on delivery
UPS Expedited Shipping:
- Carrier: UPS
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 days
- Cost: $45
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 45 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. You will receive a full refund for the order amount, minus return shipping costs.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at vinciwoman.store@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
Customs and Import Taxes
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.
